Chapter 9: Developing a Photo with Accent AI 2.0 Filter
The improved Accent AI 2.0 filter lets you get natural-looking results in less time. New “human-aware” technology recognizes people in your photos and applies adjustments selectively for more realistic images.
With Accent AI 2.0, you can make dozens of adjustments (done quickly) with just one slider. Fix tone, detail, exposure, depth, color, and more thanks to behind-the-scenes AI. In less than a second, your photos can look their absolute best. Make Accent AI 2.0 your go-to filter.
Tip: It can even replace the Develop step for most photographers!) For beautiful photos, rely on Accent AI 2.0 as your starting point. Use the Boost slider to control the overall amount of the filter effect applied to your image.
The Quick & Awesome Workspace
While we’ll explore workspaces more in-depth in a later chapter, the Quick & Awesome workspace is a great way to develop images. This is especially true if you are in a hurry or don’t want to be bothered with several sliders.
- To switch between workspaces is easy, just click the Workspace drop-down menu at the top of the Filters controls.
- From the pop-up list, you’ll find Quick & Awesome.
- Adjust the Accent AI 2.0 Filter to quickly correct several image problems.
- If your photo has a sky, the AI Sky Enhancer can likely improve it
- Refine the intensity of the color in your image with the Saturation/Vibrance controls.
- The Clarity adds contrast selectively to a photo for increased definition.
