Senior UX Web Designer Mission: We are looking for a professional, who can develop a better communication process with customers via website; strengthen the first impression of the company and the product; develop website faster and more effective to raise the conversion  and retention.

Outcomes: We expect Senior UX Web Designer to be organized and develop website systematically and cohesively; to improve the user journey, closely work with Web Data Analyst, marketing, and web teams. 

As Senior UX Web Designer you will be:
— thinking through and implementing the full functionality of the site to ensure high conversion
— collecting information about the audience and conducting user interviews;
— modeling customer scripts and web pages, based on the qualitative and quantitative data, to improve website performance;
— managing the creation of web pages by web team;
— realizing an audit of existing website structure and suggesting improvements;
— immersing in the CRO process of the website and its development, and getting an optimally working CRO process, including the regular collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and the implementation of creative experiments.

To achieve these outcomes inside Skylum, you must have:
— an actual portfolio;
— 2+ years of experience as Senior UX Designer in web projects;
— 3+ years of experience in UI design;
— analytical skills + instruments;
— high skills in Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, Invision or similar tools;
— Upper-Intermediate English;
— analytical skills + instruments;
— understanding of CRO process;
— experience in conducting Customer Interviews and testing UX prototypes with users;
— proactive communication skills.
