What we’re looking for:
— 2+ years of experience working in HR in the IT-sphere;
— Experience in recruitment (active search of candidates, knowledge of recruiting and hunting tools);
— Result-oriented and responsible person;
— Understanding of the hr process: Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc.;
— Ability to quickly adapt to organizational changes;
— Good communication skills;
— Ability to see situations from different points of view;
— Good problem-solving skills;
— Experience in employer’s brand development, collaboration with universities, participation in local events;
— Interest in continuous improvement and running experiments;
— Ability to plan and prioritize your time;
— Strong multitasking skills, attention to details;
— Strong leadership skills and proactiveness;
— Upper-intermediate English.
Will be a plus if you have:
— Experience working with international companies;
— Payroll processing.
