As a Brand Marketing Manager for Luminar Neo, you will be responsible for building out strategic marketing campaigns to help tell stories about Skylum’s product offering and how it supports the broader photography ecosystem.
You will be responsible for writing and concepting campaigns that will come to life across all marketing channels (digital + offline). The role requires a deep understanding and thoughtful application of digital content.
Love to photography, excellent communication and collaboration skills, high levels of compassion for colleagues and photographers community, and eagle-eyed attention to detail are absolutely required — as is the ability to multitask and project manage like a pro.
Drive end-to-end development of impactful storytelling campaigns, from strategic ideation to content/asset creation for key brand initiatives
Launch and oversee all brand collaborations and work with the internal team to ensure end-to-end flawless execution
Manage key promotional events, including brief writing, creative review, change and calendar management, and hindsighting.
Regular reporting and recapping of promotional events, identifying areas of opportunity and sharing recommendations with leadership. 
Lead and drive the strategy and stories/storytelling (including brand narrative & value propositions) across our CRM program
Brainstorm with email team to craft compelling, content-forward emails for the brand
Work with PMM team and all channel owners (lifecycle, social media, paid media, etc.) to develop campaign plans and asset specifications that will bring the story to life in all channels
Work closely with the creative teams to develop customer-facing assets
Drive content excellence, playing a key role in evolving the stories that we tell and how we share them with our customer
Measure and analyze the performance of brand marketing campaigns in order to assess product’s goals.
Be up-to-date with the latest market trends and best practices, and continuously monitor competitor activities.
3+ years of cross-functional Brand Management.
A can-do, positive, inspiring attitude with an outside-the-box, innovative, and creative mindset.
Passion for brands and marketing, strong brand management skills across all fundamentals.
A track record of successful product launches including proven experience building business plans and ROI models.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams, including Product, Engineers, Digital Marketing, Partnerships & Influencers and PMM specialists.
Experience in digital personalization, monetization, and marketing automation across the web and native app platforms.
Strong communication, presentation skills, and positive team collaboration.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
Passionate about creating compelling customer-facing content.
Proven copywriting skills.
Fluent English is a must.
