We’re looking for a high-impact professional for the role of PPC Manager to focus on campaigns in Asia markets. You’re the one, if you can take Skylum’s paid social media marketing to the next level, strengthen what we’re good at and provide new creative vision.

PPC Manager is responsible for:
— Taking complete control over paid social media channels on all stages from strategy, research and implementation to analysis and optimization;
— Daily monitoring of campaign bids and account budget limits, and other metrics;
— Continuous multivariate and A/B testing of banners, videos, creatives, landing pages, etc.;
— Analyzing and reporting the results of the tests and providing thorough recommendations for further improvements;
— Communicating and collaborating with partners and teammates.

Requirements: 
— 4+ years of experience in media buying (PPC/Social) on global markets; experience in working on Japan or South Korea markets is an advantage;
— Knowledge of conversions tracking and funnel optimization;
— Hands on experience with paid social media funnels;
— Experience in creating, launching and optimizing video campaigns;
— Analytical abilities, knowledge of Google Analytics, strong Excel skills;
— Experience in working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;
— Hands on experience with setting up proper tracking, implements pixels;
— Experience in negotiating with potential publishers about rates/geos/ad formats;
— Experience in working with multiple platforms (e.g. Amazon, Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, Pinterest, Twitter) is preferred;
— Experience in putting together creative briefs;
— Understanding of CRO & LPO. Experience in using website constructors;
— Strong team player.

Will be a great plus:
— Strong analytical skills. Hands on experience in using Google Analytics, Optimizely, Tableau, Excel; 
— Successful cases of executing omnichannel marketing strategies;
— Basic knowledge Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma;
— Passion for photography;
— Active user of social media (you like to post regularly).
