In Skylum we’re striving to create a community for photographers, where they can communicate, share information and knowledge, get support, insights and inspiration. We expect the community manager to develop a strategy to achieve such a goal, develop such a community and contribute to its growth. We’re looking for a self-motivated community manager who wants to have a key role in building a strong brand and taking our community to the next level.
Community Manager is responsible for:
— Community creation and development;
— Communication with the customers to engaging them in our community;
— Assisting in development and execution of marketing campaigns;
— Building brand awareness among photographers;
— Carrying out research and collecting information from users;
— Providing strategy for the community development;
— Creating content for the community;
— Planning and organizing different activities and events inside the community.
— Experience with community building;
— Photography skills and knowledge (experience with camera shooting is a big must);
— Design and photo editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom);
— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— Being an easy-going and motivated person, and strong team player;
— Experience in working as a support specialist is a plus.
