What you're going to do:

The things that you do daily/weekly would look like this (That's not the final scope of your responsibilities, cuz they will expand with your growth):

• Leading the analysis of the product requests and break down requirements. You need to work closely with Product designer and engineering team on feature/requests requirements to provide the best solutions in terms of quality/efforts ratio.
• Help with prioritising the product backlog in accordance with the overall product roadmap.
• Manage and develop "Luminar NEO loyalty” groups of customers.
• Communicating with engineering manager on status and delivery dates for important features. (If everything goes smooth or needs some clarifications)
• Participating in ceremonies: Product solutions groomings.
• Accepting the work delivered by the development team and provide feedback.
• Meeting with our affiliates, gathering and structure feedback (ideas for our future roadmap)
• Updating the development team with feedback on their work and performance of the delivered features.
• Organising and running problem&solution interviews.
• Do the research needed to make high-quality decisions (customer interviews, data, competitors, etc.);
• Conduct quantitive/quality researches to validate product hypothesis.

Must have:

• Desire/passion to work under not trivial task. Can-do approach.
• Good english level, you'll be talking with our customers/affiliates/leads
• Good soft skills (Ability to deal with people with different point of views)
• Good knowledge of Luminar Neo and willingness to improve it.
• Mature personality
