As the Affiliate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Skylum Software's market share and reach new customers through third-party platforms. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth.


  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing partnerships and increasing revenue
  • Preferably work experience in a software product or IT-outsourcing company
  • Strong knowledge of the photo industry and key players
  • Familiarity with photo management industry and AI technology
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, networking and interpersonal skills, true Go-getter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence, consistency and persistence in working with objections. Ability to demonstrate the benefits of a product from various perspectives
  • Experienced user of CRM systems, mass mail software, MS Office and business modeling tools
  • Experience in attending international exhibitions and working on a booth
  • Advanced/Fluent English skills.


  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities with new partners for growth in the photography industry
  • Identify new business opportunities with industry partners, through reseller and distributor channels, third-party platforms, establish and maintain relationships with those partners, and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Develop new business with partners and companies from North America and Europe
  • Develop and execute strategies to reach new customers through third-party platforms
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through reseller channels
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create strategies for bundle offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on progress and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with key stakeholders and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
