Begin with the HDR Basic filter where temperature, contrast, and HDR Enhance are very handy. Second, bring the saturation down and lift vibrance a little bit to get vivid and lively colors. The amazing HDR Structure tool brings out details and offers a precise amount of texture. To add some romantic glow, use Image Radiance to soften the image. Adding a vignette will be a great final step.
