First look: Supercontrast

Whether you've got a blown out sky or need to have more control over boosting your shadows, Supercontrast is the perfect tool to help finish your photographs.
Located in the Professional panel, Supercontrast offers three main sliders — Highlights, Midtones and Shadows. Supercontrast lets you adjust all three for more detailed results. And if you need even more control, you can then use the Balance slider to boost the effect, or to reverse it.
You can also selectively mask certain areas of the image, meaning you can choose to only boost the shadows on the main subject, or reduce the highlights in the sky. Just click the mask icon at the top of the tool to get started.
